Salmon is one of the most popular types of fish for home cooks...and one of the most-searched recipe categories on Weekday Pescatarian. So today, we highlight a few of our faves.

This week the hubs and I started a travel adventure that will take us from Finland to Hungary. And let me tell you...the Fins know how to treat salmon. So many varieties of smoked, cured, raw, roasted and stewed salmon. I slurped down a bowl of dilly salmon soup that I'll be dreaming about for YEARS. (Pic included at the bottom of this note!)

So in honor of salmon lovers everywhere, we're featuring three reader favorite salmon recipes. Take a look and let me know what you're making this week!

Salmon Hibachi
